  • Providing technical direction, throughout the entire process.

Dan Popa
CTO & Lead Blockchain

I have been full-time involved with building software products since 2007.

Since then I had the chance to work as a tech executive and (co)founder in multiple startups, being involved in the development, e-commerce, and data architecture. Since 2016 I was a consultant in different companies that wanted to transform the way their industries work with the help of Blockchain Technology.

Currently my efforts are 100% focused on building the infrastructure for fast, secure and scalable Blockchain transactions trough side-chains, mainly focused on DeFi.

Octavian Ganea
Law Expert & Advisor

From where I stand, the judiciary is the upholder of justice and truth in any nation and this, in itself, is dependent on the level of passion found in the hearts of those who are called to enforce the law.

Oration, drafting skills, research skills, logical and analytical thinking, confidence, empathy, creativity, communication and listening skills, are some of the qualities required to become a good lawyer.

Being also a enthusiast advocate of blockchain technology since 2016, I’ve come to realize once more that passion in itself allowed me to materialise a small involvement in this future of mankind.

My legal involvement in the Travel Coin project:

  • Providing legal advice and assistance on new legislation and regulation, new markets, new products and product development.
  • Considering regulatory issues, including maintaining an understanding of existing and proposed regulatory requirements, trends and best practices, and providing coverage for any regulatory implementation or remediation initiatives.
  • Ensuring that the project is aligned with applicable laws and regulations in the U.E, Romania and everywhere else we operate.
  • Establishing contractual terms for partners, users and collaborators.
